ROMANIA FOLLOW UP
Participants from Romania made their follow up activities in 2 towns. Actually the 2 participants organise an activity in Cluj-Napoca and the other 2 participants in cooperation with the NGO from Romania made the second follow up Activity in Iasi. The 2 activities were being as followed.
1st Follow Up Activity (Cluj-Napoca)
On July 11, the two girls from the Romanian team, Dogaru Lavinia and Pitariu Maria organized a workshop based on the implementation of the activities and knowledge gained during the Erasmus + experience. This activity took place in Cluj-Napoca, Romania in a room offered to our Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Management, where we created a safe space for teenagers who were interested in the topic, entitled "Creating a safe space for improving the psychological and physical health of young people in Romania". Participants discussed their emotions about sexuality, sexual education, emotional education, worrying statistics in Romania and fighting myths. In this workshop we used tools such as PowerPoint with pictures and questions, Brain Storming related to sexuality and sexuality education, Problem-Solution Tree and an activity about myth-busting using posters and creating a True or False or IDK game. The participants were impressed by the organized activity and the whole Erasmus+ experience we shared with them.
2nd Follow Up Activity - Iasi - Romania
On August 9, an interactive workshop took place at the Student Culture House in Iasi, Romania. This event was organized by Cristian Bursuc and Gabriel Popa, members of the Romanian team.
Focused on their Erasmus+ insights, the event empowered Romanian youth to address vital topics like sexuality, emotional intelligence, and debunking myths. Through engaging non-formal methods like "Caring Fries" for sharing thoughts, the "Identity Flower" to explore personal growth, and the "Problem-Solution Tree" for structured analysis, participants were immersed in discussions. Additionally, creative tools like PowerPoint visuals, brainstorming, and a dynamic "True or False" game were used to facilitate learning. This workshop left a strong impression, highlighting the commitment to nurturing holistic well-being among Romania's youth.

Impressions and feedback of the participants about the project
Feedback Popa Gabriel
The experience I had opened new horizons regarding the importance of inclusion and acceptance of those around. Initially, I approached this opportunity with an open mind and curiosity to learn, but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of interest shown by colleagues from other countries. As I delved deeper into the subject, I noticed how my sincere desire to understand became like a sponge thirsty for knowledge, absorbing more and more of the information provided. Participating in those workshops broadened my understanding of the topics discussed and sparked a strong desire to share this knowledge with those around me once I return to the country. I believe that more and more people would benefit from the information gathered in this project.
Feedback Bursuc Cristian
Participating in the Erasmus+ program caled reSPECTRUm in Cyprus through the ACPELIA was an enlightening and transformative experience that left a profound impact on me. Engaging in in-depth discussions about crucial topics such as sexuality education, health awareness, and personal growth, alongside a diverse group of participants from various cultural backgrounds, provided me with valuable insights and perspectives that broadened my understanding of these subjects. Furthermore, I am now more enthusiastic than ever about encouraging individuals to partake in similar initiatives, as I firmly believe that collective efforts can drive meaningful change and create a more inclusive and informed society.
Feedback Lavinia Dogaru
From 19th till 26th June I had the opportunity to take part in a great project about sexual education. The communication with the hosting organisation was so easily made even before the project when we were still strangers. As we came to Cyprus I was amazed by the kindness, patience and understanding we received from everyone and felt cozy in the first minutes after our arrival in the villa. The activities were really relevant, busted us with energy and brought a lot of new information that we later shared in our communities back home, for example we used in our dissemination activity The Problem solution tree in order to engage the participants straight in the subject and make them interact and brainstorm, we continued with some interesting facts and numbers about our country related to sexual education and in the end, we played a game about myths in which we eliminated some gaps or misinformation in our participants sexual education and some of them even felt safe and comfortable to share some personal stories and their knowledge. I liked a lot how our trainers included a lot of elements of art therapy and mindfulness, they helped us be more involved and focused in our activities. I can only recommend to keep it this way and thank you a lot for this life-changing experience, feeling really grateful right now.
Feedback Pitariu Maria-Andreea
"How nice it is to find yourself" is what I told myself since I arrived in Romania, after the wonderful experience offered by Cyprus and Ersamus +. The communication between us and the hosts and organizers were pleasant and efficient from the very beginning, we simply felt at home, and this helped enormously in our settling in, because we were welcomed with warmth, kindness and positive energy. And all the activities organised formed a safe space for all of us and an environment where it was so normal and comfortable to talk about sexuality and sex education, consent and other topics that were discussed throughout the period. All that we gained in this opportunity helped us to take the information and activities further to our country helping us to disseminate in activities like Brainstorming, Problem-Solution Tree, and in the near future I will use the tools learned and discovered in the workshops conducted by my NGO- EROS because I want young people in Cluj-Napoca, and not only to learn from every topic that we approached in this project. I loved how the trainers created different activities for us through non-formal learning and how we also had elements of yoga or mindfulness or art therapy, and that helped me to find myself and be happy with myself and grateful for absolutely everything I am and have experienced in those wonderful days in Cyprus. And for that, many thanks to the organizers for such an unforgettable experience.
